She has been with the clinic since 2009. Having been promoted from case management and the administrative assistant positions, Ana became the Senior Administrator in 2021. ANA MANNING - SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR Carla Wingate graduated with her MSW from Syracuse University in 2013 and is currently a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW). Carla brings knowledge and experience in various areas from her diverse work history which includes but is not limited to: counseling, service coordination, mental health diagnoses, intellectual and developmental disabilities. Carla is rich in community resource knowledge and navigation to best help our patients. Her approach to occupational health is getting a full understanding of her patients and providing them with the tools, skills, and resources needed for a better quality of life. CARLA WINGATE, LCSW - SOCIAL WORKER Nicole Russell comes to OHCC with a decade of experience providing care to patients with compassion and skill. Her nursing career has included positions in pain management and cardiovascular surgery. She started with OHCC in 2022. As a nurse-practitioner, her approach includes accurately evaluating occupational disease and helping people develop strategies to improve their physical and mental health. She is a graduate of SUNY Upstate College of Nursing (2012). NICOLE RUSSELL, MSN, FNP-C - NURSE PRACTITIONER With over ten years of experience working with a OHCC’s patients, Joanne ensures quality care and services are being provided in alignment with each patient's individualized care plan. She is responsible for facilitating patient care by managing, coordinating, and monitoring resources to achieve optimum clinical outcomes. She also manages continuous quality improvement to promote optimal patient care. Joanne has an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Broome Community College (1995). JOANNE OKESSON - CASE COORDINATOR TINA KRISHOCK - SECRETARY Tina Krishock has been OHCC’s secretary for over fourteen years, providing medical office services including the management of reception and phones, clerical and administrative tasks, and performing tasks using medical databases. With her own style of steady consistency, she engages in frequent communication with patients, board members, and the public.
