Services - Employers OSHA COMPLIANCE EXAMINATIONS  OHCC OFFERS A VARIETY OF SERVICES TO MEET YOUR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NEEDS.  If your workers are exposed to:  •	Asbestos •	Lead •	Silica •	Hazardous Waste •	Noise  Or if your workers are required to wear a respirator, there are OSHA mandated examinations and protections that must be provided.  Our services include:  •	Respirator clearance examinations and fit testing •	Physical examination and pulmonary function testing for workers exposed to asbestos, silica, and hazardous waste •	Physical examinations and blood lead levels for workers exposed to lead •	Blood drawing for lead levels at the worksite •	Firefighter and first responder examinations •	Screening audiometry for hearing loss.   ASSESSING WORKPLACE EXPOSURES  The OHCC has a Certified Industrial Hygienist who can assess workplace exposures and make recommendations for the control of hazardous exposures. These evaluations may be necessary to comply with OSHA regulations , to investigate suspected over exposure to workplace hazards, or to assist in the evaluation of possible work related symptoms among your company's workers.  These services include:  •	Workplace assessment for hazardous exposures •	Consultation on design of engineering controls and work practices •	Assistance in developing mandated health and safety programs •	Interpretation of Material Safety Data sheets (MSDs)   EDUCATION AND TRAINING  OHCC staff has considerable experience delivering health and safety training to workers, and is available to assist employers in developing training appropriate for your workforce. Training has included:  •	Asbestos •	Blood borne pathogens •	Hazardous waste work •	Silica •	Noise •	Chemical exposures •	Indoor air quality •	Mold exposure •	Musculoskeletal injuries and ergonomics •	Training on other topics is also available.
